1. Cancellation Policy | Re-Scheduling
If an appointment needs to be cancel or move  an appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Failure to do so will result ina charge of 50% of the base service booked.

Ex. If you scheduled for a Color Retouch ($80), you will be charged $40.

2. No call, No Show
If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment, your vcard will automatically be charged 80% of the base service booked.

Ex. If you scheduled for a Color Retouch ($80), you will be charged $64

3. Tardiness
I completely understand that things happen. Please text me (414)465-2171 if you are going to be late. I will always try to make things work, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we might have to adjust your appointment or reschedule.
